Refund Policy
Refund policy will be voided if,
- A discounted package has been selected.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- Refunds are requested for services such as Domain & Hosting, plugin purchases, and third-party services.
- Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
- Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
- The client is unresponsive or unreachable for more than two weeks during the project.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks necessary information.
- A complete design change is demanded.
- The refund request exceeds the specified time limit.
- The business is closing or undergoing a name or business change.
- Reasons like 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with partner' are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds for service bundles apply only to specific services, not the entire bundle.
- No refunds once final files have been delivered.
- No refunds for free items.
- Services like social media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
- Marketing services contracts are not eligible for refunds.
- Once website design is approved and sent for development, refunds are not entertained.
- Once logo revisions are positively received and sent for final files, no refunds are issued.
- No refunds for outsourced third-party work.
- No refunds if necessary access credentials or materials are not provided in a timely manner.
- Client-caused delays may void the refund policy.

How to Claim Your Refund
You can send us an email at support@designdexter.com for a refund request. Our billing department will respond as soon as we receive your refund request. The process will be initiated after the required analysis is completed.
